At Next Day Delivery, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or use our guest tracking page to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unused home goods in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Drop Off or Schedule

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
